Mario Simon-Lafleur

Photographer

Luxury Goods - Jewelry & watches - Fashion - Interior & design

Mario has been a still life and fashion photographer since 2015. He lives and works in Paris.

He first studied product design at ENSCI-les ateliers, where he learned to communicate his object designs through images and photography. He quickly became the go-to person in his circle when it came to photography, so much so that by the time he graduated with a degree in industrial design, he already had a foot in the photography industry. With this background and the network he built up alongside his practice, he has a deep understanding of his various clients' projects and challenges.

He surrounds himself with friends in the fashion world and cultivates an image of this world. This has led him to develop a more personal pictorial identity than that offered by the world of product design, without losing sight of the need to communicate above all the product, its craftsmanship, and its stories. He constantly quotes Irving Penn, Txema Yeste, Georgia O'Keefe, Viviane Sassen, and Harry Gruyaert. Since the early days of Silhouette magazine, Thomas Aïdan has trusted him to showcase the fashion accessories selected by the editor.
